Cleans We Provide
Surface Residential Clean
A light maintenance clean for homes that are already generally tidy. This service includes surface wiping, light dusting, cleaning of kitchen and bathroom surfaces, appliance exteriors, and sweeping or vacuuming and mopping of accessible floors. Best suited for ongoing upkeep between deeper cleans.
Kitchen(s)
All surfaces are wiped and refreshed, including countertops, backsplash, appliance exteriors, and tabletops. Sinks and fixtures are cleaned and polished, cupboard fronts are wiped, and window ledges are dusted. Garbage and recycling are emptied.
Bathroom(s)
Bathrooms are cleaned and sanitized, including toilets (inside and out), tubs/showers, vanities, mirrors, and fixtures. Surfaces are wiped, and sinks are polished for a clean, refreshed finish. Garbage is emptied.
Bedroom(s)
Light dusting of surfaces and window sills, bed making, and simple staging to maintain a neat and comfortable space.
Living Areas & Offices
Furniture, surfaces, and electronics are lightly dusted and tidied. Pillows and blankets are refreshed, and rooms are staged for a clean, put-together look. Garbage is emptied.
Entryways
Mats are shaken out, and surfaces such as shelves and tables are dusted.
Floors
All floors are vacuumed, including under rugs, and hard surfaces are washed for a clean, polished finish.
Full Residential Clean
A more detailed clean, with added detail such as full bathroom scrubbing, detailed kitchen cleaning (countertops, sinks, appliance exteriors, cabinet fronts), dusting of furniture and fixtures, and complete floor care throughout the home.
Kitchen(s)
All surfaces and appliances are deeply cleaned, including cupboard fronts, appliance exteriors (with edges and seals), backsplash, tables, and small appliances. Vents, light fixtures, baseboards, doors/door frameswindow frames, and high-touch areas are wiped, and garbage/recycling (including bins) are emptied and cleaned.
Bathroom(s)
Full deep clean and sanitization, including toilets (inside and out), tubs/showers (removing soap scum and buildup), vanities, mirrors, and fixtures. Vents, light fixtures, baseboards, and high-touch areas are dusted and cleaned. Garbage is emptied.
Bedroom(s)
Complete dusting of furniture and décor, bed making, window sills cleaned, and light staging to create a neat, inviting space. Doors, frames, baseboards, and high-touch points are wiped.
Living Areas & Offices
All surfaces, furniture, décor, and electronics are dusted and refreshed. Upholstery is vacuumed or wiped, and rooms are straightened and staged. Baseboards, railings, and window areas are cleaned. Garbage is emptied.
Entryways
Mats are shaken out, and doors, handles, baseboards, and high-traffic surfaces are cleaned. Boot trays are washed and dried.
Floors
All floors are vacuumed, including under rugs, and hard surfaces are thoroughly washed for a clean, streak-free finish.
Deep Residential Clean
A deeper, more intensive clean with added attention to detail and buildup removal throughout the home. Ideal for first-time cleans, seasonal resets, or homes requiring or wanting extra attention.
**For the most thorough results, we highly recommend adding interior window cleaning, interior fridge and oven cleaning, and appliance pull-outs to clean behind and underneath, areas where dust, grease, and buildup are often missed.
Kitchen(s)
A deep, detailed clean of all surfaces and high-use areas, including cupboard fronts, appliance exteriors (with edges, seals, and behind knobs), small appliances, and backsplash. Windows, sills, baseboards, and select walls are washed, with added attention to buildup and detail work. Light switches and plugs are thoroughly cleaned, and garbage/recycling (including bins) are emptied and sanitized.
Bathroom(s)
Full deep scrub and sanitization, including toilets (with seats removed and cleaned), tubs/showers (removing heavy buildup, soap scum, and hard water), vanities, and fixtures. Windows, screens, baseboards, and select walls are washed, with detailed cleaning of vents, light fixtures, and high-touch areas. Garbage is emptied.
Bedroom(s)
Detailed dusting of all furniture, décor, and surfaces, including ceiling fans and hard-to-reach areas. Window sills are cleaned, and rooms are staged for a polished finish. Doors, frames, baseboards, and high-touch points are thoroughly wiped.

Alyssa Taylor Cleaning’s Move in/out Clean
This Move-In/Move-Out Clean is a detailed, top-to-bottom cleaning service designed for empty or mostly empty homes. This service focuses on removing dust, debris, and buildup left behind from previous occupancy or preparing the space for new occupants. It typically includes deep cleaning of kitchens and bathrooms, appliance exteriors (and interiors by request), inside cabinets and drawers (if empty), baseboards, fixtures, and full floor care throughout the home.
**For the most thorough results, we highly recommend adding interior window cleaning, blinds, full wall washing (if needed), interior washer/dryer, interior fridge and oven cleaning, and appliance pull-outs to clean behind and underneath, areas where dust, grease, and buildup are often missed.

Counters, backsplash, and sink areas are cleaned and polished. All cabinet and drawer interiors and exteriors (including hinges and sides) are thoroughly wiped. Light fixtures/fans are cleaned, walls are spot checked, and garbage/recycling is emptied.

A detailed clean of all surfaces, including cabinet and drawer interiors/exteriors, medicine cabinets, vanities, and fixtures. Toilets, tubs/showers, and sinks are fully cleaned and sanitized. Baseboards, door frames, vents, and high-touch areas are addressed, with windows spot checked and garbage emptied.
General Areas
Doors, door frames, and handles are washed and disinfected. Light switches, outlets, fixtures, and ceiling fans are cleaned. Baseboards and walls are spot checked and wiped where needed.
